At Pitch Happens® we respect your privacy and we want you to understand clearly what personal data we collect, what we use it for and which rights you can exercise.

This Privacy Policy applies to personal data collected through the website pitchappens.com, in particular via the Pitch Happens® waitlist sign-up form.

2. What data we collect

Through the waitlist form we collect:

  • Name
  • Email address

We do not ask for special category data, and you should not send us any through this form.

3. Why we use your data

  • To manage your place on the Pitch Happens® waitlist.
  • To send you information about upcoming shows, dates, tickets, open calls and related activities.
  • To answer any request you send us.

4. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing your data is your consent, given when you tick the consent box and submit the form (Article 6.1.a GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your data while you remain on the waitlist and until you ask us to delete it or unsubscribe. After that, we may retain it blocked only for the period required to comply with legal obligations.

6. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We work with service providers that process data on our behalf under a data processing agreement:

7. International transfers

Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on the safeguards allowed by the GDPR, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, write to pitchappens@gmail.com.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, aepd.es).

9. Marketing communications

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe by emailing pitchappens@gmail.com.

10. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

11. Minors

The waitlist is intended for people aged 14 or over. If you are under that age, please do not submit your data.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The current version is always available on this page with its last updated date.
